All things new? No doubt that many of us have seen heartache in the eyes of friends, family members, or even we don’t know on the news who are experiencing some type of devastation.
International Aid sends aid around the world in order to improve global health and bring relief of all kinds to those in distress.
We all know the world is not what it could be. People experience suffering every day. Suffering comes with being a citizen of earth.
This truth is a sad one to embrace, but thankfully, there is another way to look at this reality. In Revelation 21:5 Jesus says, “I am making everything new!”
But “all things new” has not happened yet. We are still waiting for this reality. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and when Jesus returns, that is when He will make all things new.
Earth will not stay this way forever.
In a sense then, responding to those in need is showing them a glimpse of Heaven.
International Aid takes great joy in stepping into the fray and helping make all things new again. By equipping our partners around the world, we help make all things new.
We are also making a difference by collaborating with organizations and people who also want to show compassion.
We love hearing the stories of those we have impacted, and how their lives have been made new again.
We love seeing the look on their faces when they receive aid.
We love being part of making things new and changing the course of people’s lives.
When Jesus comes back, He will make all things new… forever. Providing relief to those in need will no longer be necessary because all needs will be met by Jesus Christ.
But until then we step into the places of need bringing resources that improves health and reduces suffering, which plays a part in making all things new.
Thank you for walking this journey with us!
