Volunteering
There are three ways to submit your application:
1. You may fill out our online application .
2. You may download an application in Word97 or Acrobat Reader format. (If you don't have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader , you can download it for free!) Then print out the application, complete it, and mail or fax it to:

3. You may contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 616-846-7590 to request a volunteer application form. Please mail or fax your completed form to the above address.
*Volunteers for domestic and international relief trips are asked to fund or raise support for their own trip expenses.
