Hopefully those of us who made New Year’s Resolutions are sticking with them. Whether it’s getting up earlier, spending more time with loved ones, or a different resolution entirely…we’ve had several weeks to try and form new habits.
While bringing in a new year also brings in new hope for new accomplishments, sometimes starting fresh feels like starting over.
There are so many people in need.
So many global disasters.
So much hurt.
But looking forward starts with looking back.
The future may seem large and insurmountable, but let’s take a moment to remember all we accomplished in 2017.
Since July 1 of last year, together we have…
sent product to 45 countries,
sent aid to 85 partners,
via 278 shipments…
all amounting to 13 million dollars worth of aid being shipped around the world.
What an accomplishment!
Together we have impacted individuals affected by disaster.
Together we have invested time in serving those in need.
Together we have impacted the world.
Now we find ourselves in 2018, a new year and a new season.
Like last year, struggles bind the world in hurt. Like last year, there are many disasters that have yet to be turned into stories of hope.
But just like last year, we stand together.
45 countries were impacted by all of us choosing to stand together.
85 partners received aid because of this decision.
278 shipments brought hope to individuals around the world.
13 million dollars were invested in God’s Kingdom.
What a way to begin 2018…looking back in gratitude for all God has done, and looking forward in expectation for what He will continue to do!
We’re about three weeks into 2018.
In the next three weeks what can we accomplish for the Kingdom…
