Disaster Relief Needs
Dear Church Partner,
International Aid responds to victims of disasters and others in need when funds and supplies are available. A few weeks ago we were blessed with the means to send medical supplies, quilts and hygiene kits to Peru after the earthquake devastated the villages along the Pisco coast. Then last week after flooding due to heavy rains, we were positioned to work in conjunction with our partners on the ground in North Korea sending personal care items, over-the-counter medical supplies as well as hygiene kits.
Both of these emergency relief efforts have depeleted our disaster supplies. Our goal is to replenish our stock with 50,000 of each item to create 50,000 kits. As we continue into this deadly hurricane season, we ask for your prayers and support.
How can you help?
- Product Drives to replenish supplies for our emergency hygiene kits.
- Designate your next offering as an Outreach for International Aid?
- Encourage individuals to contribute needed supplies or funds
- Add our flyer to your website
- Post our flyer on bulletin boards or in your church bulletin
- Pray for all those needing support and for our ability to help them
Attached is our product drive information sheet. If you have any questions on how to hold a product drive, please call our event hotline at 800-968-7490 or email us at events@internationalaid.org.
Yours in Christ,
Marrilee Chamberlain
